SpecAqua - Hardener & Dustproof

  • SpecAqua DP Primer is a one-component, waterborne, colloidal, low-viscosity clear primer based on a self-cross-linking pure acrylic for highly dense or porous surface priming, free from APEO. 

    Properties

    • Penetrates and reinforces the substrate to establish good adhesion.

    • Excellent penetrating properties.

SpecAqua - 1K Concrete Sealer

  • SpecAqua 1K is a one-component, water-based, self-cross-linking, hard pure acrylate sealer/finish for interior & exterior floors. Available in clear or coloured finishes to provide a hard-wearing protective film on surfaces.

SpecAqua - 2K PU Topcoat Sealer

  • SpecAqua 2K PU Topcoat creates easy to clean floors/walls & is highly resistant to household/industrial chemicals, food spills & fats. The final coating provides superior hot-tyre resistance & mechanical abrasion resistance. The coating has zero VOC and therefore can be used for healthcare or clean room environments – no odours are emitted during installation. Suitable for residential, commercial & industrial areas.

Creteseal 1K PU Sealer

SpecAqua - 1K Silane Sealer

  • SpecFloor 1K SF Silane Hybrid Coating is an innovative binder based on a patented technology. It cures on contact with moisture and its chemical structure has been optimized to achieve low viscosity. As a result, the binder penetrates deep into the pores of a cement-bound floor, filling the pores completely and forming thin, shiny film on the surface. After the binder has cured, everyday substances containing water or oil are unable to enter the pores. The coating therefore offers highly effective stain protection. Substances that are left on the surface for some time can be removed without any lasting stains.

  • HYREZ-MD is a 3 to 4mm trowel applied polyurethane floor screed for medium to heavy duty industrial use. Highly chemical, abrasion and impact resistant, with a smooth surface for hygienic cleanliness and seamless flooring. Supplied in a variety of colours for use in environments that range from cold rooms to boiler rooms, warehousing to shop floors.

MultiPoxy - Epoxy Screed

  • MULTI POXY is an epoxy flooring screed at 1 to 2mm nominal thickness with good chemical resistant properties which gives a tough but resilient flooring system, with reasonable colour stability. Suitable for areas with excessive load bearing requirements.
